Virginia SPQA offers Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence training events publically and on-site at organizations.

Public Offerings occur subject to demand regionally each year in, Northern Virginia, Hampton Roads, Greater Richmond, and Greater Roanoke.

The standard public offering is “An Inquirer’s Guide to the Criteria for Performance Excellence.” This two-day course offers an in-depth review of the Criteria and is a pre-requisite for new Examiners and highly recommended for individuals who wish to be proficient in the Criteria. On-Site Offerings are listed in the Virginia SPQA Training – Bring Us to You catalog available for download on the right. On-site offerings can be a better value for organizations which wish to train multiple individuals without having to pay travel costs. On-site offerings are also more varied including more focused half-day and full-day topics. The catalog includes cost information, a course description as well as a listing of who the class is designed for.
